Warranty of Breachpen products

Customer satisfaction is paramount to Advance Defense Components, the maker of Breachpen, and we stand behind the manufacturing of all of the products we offer. 

Manufactures Defect

Should you deem a Breachpen product broken, unusable, or any other reason you feel is a manufactures defect, please contact us right away. Simply contact us at sales@defco.us with photos and a description of the issue, and we will send a UPS return label and get them back right away. We will reship the returned items on our dime once they are received. Breachpen products that are returned to us in a modified state or otherwise altered from their standard manufactured process will not be warrantied. Photos are required prior to sending the items back. Warranty period is 90-days from the day the items are received.

Shipping Damage

Shipping damage is rare but does happen from time to time. Contact us at sales@defco.us with photos of your shipping damage within 5 days of receiving the product and we will replace your broken items, no questions asked. We will send a UPS return label and get them back right away. We will then reship you the returned items on our dime once they are received. Breachpen products that are received in a modified state or otherwise altered from their standard manufactured process will not be warrantied. 

Breachpen Refurbishment Program

We get it. You had to lash two Breachpens together to make a bi pod to get that perfect shot off, but now you are left with a broken Breachpen from the recoil of your 50cal. Don’t throw it out, return it to us for a refurbishment! Simply drop us an email requesting the refurbishment of your Breachpen with a photo or two and we will authorize a refurbish of your Breachpen. The refurbish cost is 50% of the current MSRP, plus freight each way; (shipping to our South Carolina facility and the return cost to you). Breachpen Refurbishment Program was established to refurbish operator-caused defects of Breachpen, it is not to rebuild or replace used Breachpens.
